"How do we convince our target audience of our specific solutions?" This is a question on the minds of many of our customers. From a strategic point of view, we like to think about this, that's where our strength lies. In the case of this case, our answer lays not in making one product but rather in the sum of the parts.
Together, they provide notice, familiarity and conviction to the target audience. With this in mind, we work for Philips Professional Display Solutions' Hospitality solutions, among others. Two products highlighted!
Added value
In this case the project involves Hotel TV and, in particular, the Philips Media Suite. This system allows hoteliers to give their guests added value when it comes to offering service during their stay. .
For example, guests can safely use their own Netflix account while maintaining personal protection. In addition, they can gain direct control of the Media Suite TV through the so-called Guest Connect app.
For whom?
Such a system is extremely interesting for hoteliers, who can then offer this as an added service to their guests.
The implementation and installation is done by a separate party, called System Integrators. In addition to the hotelier, they are also an important target group to approach.

Video as a salestool
To create awareness among these target groups and to inform them with the unique features of the product, we developed an explainimation video in addition to a playful direct mailing.
By combining 3D animation, motion graphics, voice-over, music and stock video material, we created an effective and qualitative video. This is already being used as an online sales tool as well as being presented to customers by the sales team.
Direct mailing
One of the most unique features of Philips Media Suite is that guests can use their personal Netflix account on the hotel TV without streaming it with their own devices.
To make this extra easy to use, Philips developed a new remote control that gives direct access to the Netflix environment. We used this development and translated it into a direct mailing in the form of luxury packaging containing the new remote control. By adding a clear communication message, we created instant awareness!
